Returns & Exchanges

At PLUTUS DIAMONDS, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to make the process as seamless as possible.

Return Period

You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging materials and tags intact.

Eligibility Criteria

Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges if they have been damaged, resized, or custom-made to your specifications. These items include but are not limited to personalized or engraved pieces. Additionally, any item that shows signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Inspection Process

All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection by our team of experts to ensure they meet our return criteria. If the item is deemed ineligible for return or exchange, a fee of $75 US will be withheld from the refund amount to cover the inspection costs.

Shipping Fee for Returns

The shipping fee for returns will be the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. If the return is initiated for reasons other than vendor error, the buyer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns and retaining the tracking information for your records.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact our Customer Service team within the 14-day return period to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including the receipt, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service, and retain the tracking information for your records.

Refunds and Exchanges

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, while exchanges will be processed based on product availability.
