Can I choose a specific ship date for my made-to-order design?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate
specific ship date requests for made-to-order designs. Each product page
provides a "ships by" date, and our production process cannot be
expedited as our designs are crafted to last a lifetime. Once your order
is ready, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking
information. We apologize for any inconvenience, but customers do not
have the option to choose a ship date.
If you are concerned about being unavailable to sign for your package,
we recommend creating a free FedEx Delivery Manager account. Once you
receive tracking information and the package is in transit, you can use
your account to reroute the package to another address or a FedEx
location. Please note that making shipping address adjustments may add a
few business days to the delivery of your package, and FedEx will charge
a fee for the address change.
